The customer service was great. Everything was good except the vehicle units are kinda small. We parked a pickup truck in one and could barely get out the truck without scratching bumping the wall...and that's with being all the way over on the passenger side.

Public Storage gets 4 stars the only not so good thing is where the keypad is located. It would be very convenient if customers didn't actually have to get out of the car to get to the keypad. I know all locations aren't the same but the one I chose doesn't have in car access to gate.
