I went in to check out a unit and I was helped by the manager Natalie she was so kind and took her time to go over everything with me! I would totally recommend this place to anyone. It was very clean and she was very professional!

Amazing is the only word that comes to mind when I think of this location. I walked in and was greeted by the most friendly and caring person I have ever met, Natalie. It is hard to find good customer service but you can genuinely tell that she cares about her customers and would go above and beyond for them. I felt comfortable and safe knowing I was trusting this company with my belongings all because of her. She clearly explained everything and answered every single question I had with a smile and an eagerness to help. She was extremely friendly to my son Xavier too he was being somewhat of a handful when we went and Natalie was able to talk to him and joke with him and she had him smiling in seconds. I have to say she sold me on this company and I recommend anyone who needs to store something chooses this company and this location to do so.

Didn't know about required insurance and didn't budget for it either. It is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Also, disappointed with the litter and ants outside my unit. Good news is the associate was great and helpful.

Jennifer helped me get everything set up. I had priced out a few other places & they were competitive, but with move in special it made decision easier. Love that it is climate controlled. The property is clearly well maintained and secure.

The on site staff was very helpful. Jennifer explained everything in just the right level of detail, showed me the space, it looked a couple of inches shy to me so she graciously and without hesitation found me the same size unit that looked a couple inches more generous, and it made a big difference on move day as I needed every inch. She was helpful, friendly, and provided exemplary customer service. My only negative comment is that the online rental process did NOT inform me that I would be OBLIGATED to buy insurance. By the time move day showed up, it was too late, I had to move in. Storage companies should inform customers before they commit what the total charges are so that a comparison can be made between companies.

The employees a very nice and show concern for the customers, make it easy to pay your bill and kept your things safe
