Very quick and helpful clean and neat very caring and helpful pricing was fair

Cheap, app doesn't work for gate open close, fairly clean, seems secure, they need some cleanup on the outside stored items

im sure when i'm in the same situation i will use your storage units again.

First time staying in a Miicrotel and it was great.

I paid more than double the expected price i.e insurance that you have to purchase to use their facilities, a lock fee you have to pay even if you have your own lock and taxes. The storage unit, even though is inside and down a long hallway (so prepare to hike) is not climate controlled so donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t store anything that can be damaged by excessive hot or cold weather. Not a great experience but it was close to where I live so thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a plus.

Amazing staff, overall great place, pricing good, lots of pot hole on pavement and not open 24 hrs is only thing that turns me off of the deal.

I liked to be able to see various choices, and all the options that differentiate what was being offered. I love that!!!

Good hours and good price

I have rented at public storage for way over 10 years. My rates have more than doubled. Hence 3 star rating. If my rates hadn't raised so much Public Storage would be a Full 5 stars.

From start to finish, I was treated in an exceptionally professional manner and given detailed information regarding set up and access to my storage unit--along with what products were available for purchase. I was impressed with the entire process. The onsite manage P.S. definitely made me feel he cared about doing his job and assisting me as a new customer. The other manager left me a voice message to welcome me. Just to note, I am one who likes to get things done quickly with little hassle. Upon stepping my foot through the door and announcing my name, the paperwork was ready. Now, that's what I call service! This facility exceeded my expectations! Actually, I went by property and person on duty showed me parking spot for camper that showed in the records as being available. He was unable to reserve at the time because I didn't have insurance or camper yet. I was instructed to make reservation online or thru customer service. I called and made reservation thru cust svc, but they did not show the same space as available, but made reservation anyway for similar space. When I called the next day to speak with property manager, because I had a reservation, she was unable to switch to the correct space over the phone, and I had to come in person to reserve the space. It all worked out and I have the space I wanted, but I was worried that someone else would get the only parking space big enough for my camper, before I got there after work.

This place is great. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the units are all clean and in great shape.

I don't like being called to pay a bill when it's due a couple of weeks later. I feel that if the bill is due and the person has not paid yet, then and only then will a call be made. Not before.
