Took a bit to set up app but now everything very good

Customer service was great the space was clean easy and easy out

In and out of the office in less than 20 min. Office staff very helpful and friendly. Storage space clean and easily secured.

Sincere caring employee behind the front counter (Kenny), and convenient location made Public Storage the place for us. We have had a storage locker there for over 3 years. This year they raised our rates literally 20%. I called to complain and was offered a temporary 3-month price freeze to the former lower rate to allow us time to find a solution for an alternate locker. As it ends up, we could move to a locker of the exact same size at the same Public Storage for half the cost of our existing locker. Just gotta move all our crap! So overall, we are happy with Public Storage
