Had trouble reaching office to find out how to get my lock that I purchased when I paid my first month rent. Never received a call back. Had to purchase our own lock and will need a refund for the lock I purchased when confirming my lease.

Could not reach office to find out how to get my lock for the unit. Ended up buying one, but left two messages for office to call me back and to confirm they will credit me for the lock I purchased through them when I paid my first month's rent.
