Please Note: Tight for moving around in a 26 foot truck - Not open 24 hours, closes at 9 pm. - Must buy special lock.

Nice helpful staff on phone service and at site. But seems understaffed at the premises. Nothing was the fault of the on site employee. She was nice.

Facility is clean, looks secure with good lighting and fence. The office manager, Gina, knows what she is doing. Renting was quick and easy. She is very friendly and professional. This is the second time I've rented here and have been highly satisfied both times.

I don't know the full experience because I have just started but there last that helped me was talking way to fast and she completely was focused on only what she was saying most of the time. I thought I needed to buy an additional circular lock and did that and when I came back she said I can't use it. I can only use the circle locks that they sell. I noticed another lock the same as I had bought elsewhere on someone's unit so I'm confused. But we shall see how the rest of this goes as well. Seemed to have an attitude as if I was late with payments already. Really had to drive it home yet all my stuff would be auctioned off.

I had A great Experience with renting my Moms Storage Unit. Just wish it was a little cheaper

The rental was convenient. There was quite a bit of paperwork but it was handled on a tablet that made it much easier. I didn't like being required to purchase insurance instead of having a choice.

Gina the property manager was very helpful and patient with me. She fully explained the leasing contract and answered any questions or concerns I had while renting a storage unit from this property. Also one day when Gina wasn't working a young lady named Savannah I believe was extremely helpful also in explaining my current due date and billing amount. I'm going to recommend everyone I know that needs a storage unit to rent from this particular property. Thank you Gina and Savannah.

The storage unit was very clean and value was great for the size of the unit!

The guys were great to work with, the price was very acceptable. I felt good to begin with but the security worries me. Just moved back from rural area and in shock about how on guard you have to be with everything. Folks stealing and trying to get in your business. Usually try to be at unit when no one else is around, don't want anyone to know what is in the unit. Have insurance, but still have things I cannot replace so I moved them to another location. My husband uses the unit more than I do and he was suprised hearing of the break ins. Security is number 1 and I actually wish I did not have to use any storage unit.

Place was easy to get to and was the right price for what I needed. Easy access for each time I needed to get on.
