Great Service, very please since I was on a time limit.. Happy and relieved!!

Nathan (I think his name, 08/06 midday helper) was very knowledgeable and even helped me locate things locally that I needed ! Much thanks.

They close at nine and I thought it was ten and got locked in. It took a hr to get a hold of someone to get out.

I'll tell you what I have spent three or four days just working out getting into one position or another either outside or in but looking at the facility once you get all that out of the way and you can you know you look at what you're getting I mean you'll be glad you got it

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, easy access, and everything I could have hoped for.

I'm just started using the place seems okay though it's clean not terribly priced got help when I was needed some there seems okay to continue like this all things great

I definitely will recommend you guys to family and friends.

I would use this storage facility again if the need arises

The gate was frozen and wasn't able to get in also worried about theirs getting in because it is open enough for someone to slide through other than that it's terrific

Great place! My only complaint is that there are no carts available after business hours. I am disabled and can not carry things to the second floor. Plus you have to walk a long ways to get the cart and then you have to return it. I wasted a lot of gas because I wasn't told about this. ty

Made the reservation and called to ensure that I provided everything needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Storage is clean, secure and we'll maintained.

Make sure when you reserve online u get it quick because you only reserve the price not the unit

I had a hard time with the online saving a unit. It kept kicking me off and I had to restart ir several times.I had no idea that we had to get a key to use a cart to transfer our things to the unit.

The property manager is so friendly and takes care of your needs in a timely manner. Very clean inside and outside the facility.

The people are polite. 24/7 cameras and decent hours.

Got rented a unit that was already rented and couldn't get ahold of anyone till my girl friend went up so I lost 2 hours of work and she lost an hour.

The lady in the office is amazing and very nice. The place is very clean and I love the security. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good secure climate control unit.

Non contact with exception for when you need a cart, you have to reserve a cart while someone's in office. You have to leave your ID so it's not really fully non-contact. I suggested installing ID readers on the cart so you can self check and they will also know whom users are.

Easy to get into, secured, and I like that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s climate controlled.

As of now, the service has been fantastic. Over the top on security measures to ensure your stuff is locked and secured. Only complaint is an ergonomic issue being the keypad access makes it so you have to drive on the opposite of the driveway to input your code. May be good to paint arrows in the direction of traffic flow so I put of keypads would be more natural.

I felt safe and secure at all times. Facility was spotless. Manager was super helpful. Glad I came here.

If there was one thing that could have been better it would have been to show a picture of the lock. I've used storage facilities before and each time there's a lock so it would have been nice to know why you're automatically charged for a lock.

I was super excited when I saw that your first month was only a dollar, but come to find out thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not true. They charge you a dollar plus $20 for a lock and some other stuff as well so therefore youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re not just paying a dollar the first month like it says. Also when I get to the storage unit I find out that what I asked for in a storage space was it what I was paying for so they had to change it and now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying more money because of their mess up. This is the number for the storage space that I have it says that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 33 a month but at the end of the day Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll end up paying over 50.

You need to hire honest people

upon reserving a unit through the online process it was never mention that you have to buy their lock and insurance which is an extra $35.plus another $25 for admin.fees for a total of $60 plus tax.no were on their website does it mentions this.to get to your indoor unit, i have to use my passcode once to gain entry through the gate.once more to gain entry to bldg.once more to gain entry to elevator.

She was very specific on what to do and where to go. Very kind as well

Was not aware you were required to carry insurance monthly on top of the storage cost.

Very informative, well spoken, facility is nice and clean. Manager is on top of things which is nice to see.

My experience with public storage has been great!

This location is great. Apparently because their gate hours are more limited, they have more vacancies and hence lower pricing than other storage unit providers in the area. The gentleman who set me up with my unit was very friendly. Overall entirely positive experience getting on board with public storage at this Independence location.

Joe has been awesome he is always a big help. He goes out of his way to answer any questions I have. Im looking at possibly upgrating he was very great with suggestions on my upgrade. Very friendly Awesome personality. Thanks Joe. Todd Tuttle

Very great place to store. I store things for my business and one day my unit door came off the tracks and got stuck to were I couldn't get into my things to do inventory. But Joe was right there to help he got it fixed in 5 mins. Everyday I come over to my storage he drives by in his golf cart asking how my day is going and making sure everything is going good with my storage. He is very helpful. Clean facility. This will always be the place I do storage at. Thank you public storage and thank you joey for being helpful and friendly

I couldn't understand why at this storage was nighter then was online. It said $59.99. The guy said that it's not at that storage but it was online and now the price keep going. I'm going to have to remove my things and find one for that price that was online.
