Public Storage - Independence - 2700 M 291 Frontage Rd

It could be cheaper, it could have better roads they are horribly bumpy, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not sure on the customer service just yet.

I had a very good experience with the manager on duty while I was being checked in for my storage unit, she answered all of my questions and was very friendly.

The property was emaculant and the pricing was pretty decent. The issue I had with my very first visit to Public Storage and my very first visit to any storage facility, has me kinda wondering about the franchise, because on my first evening there I was unloading my contents into my unit and lost track of time and went past the time that I was expected to leave which was 9pm. I went to leave the facility and got locked in with no way out and tried calling numerous times.I was stuck there for over 3 hours until the police arrived after setting off the alarms a half dozen times. There should be a way for a customer to call or enter a code to open the gate in case of a emergency or just even needing to get home & after talking to a officer, I was told that this happens quite often. If it wasn't for me setting off the alarms and not knowing to call the polce to help me get out I would of been stuck there all night. N O T C O O L....

No problems, no delay... everything went so smooth and easy!

Great. Would recommend. Lots of bumps and can be a long walk but overall very reasonable. Lady that helped us was nice on the phone and in person. Great pricing. Love it.

I have always had a very pleasant experience with public storage. They're respectful and very understanding. I would recommend public storage to anyone and everyone.

The manager was extremely nice, and walked me through everything. Made sure I understood the contract. Took me to see the unit first, to make sure it would fit my needs.

The place dirty and dingy. Needs paint on buildings. Place flooded twice while I rented there. Beware they force you to add renters insurance that can be far more than you expect. I had to change boxes after this storage because my boxes molded.
