We needed to store a project car for a while and the storage facility manager was very helpful for a weekend move. When the m first unit we were assigned had too much of a hill for us to access the unit he quickly found us several other options. He was pleasant and professional.

Great customer service very patient with my confusion

Happy to find this location even thought it is a distance from my home.

I was having trouble finding a place with big enough parking spaces. They had what I needed. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s located in rural Independence and close to the house I am purchasing.

The reservation system online worked great. When we arrived however there was some confusion as to date and rate. Thankfully I had the reservation confirmation with me and everything turned out fine.

Megan was very kind in the phone and followed up quickly with answers.

Have rented units from here before..This is where I come back to..To know that my belongings are safe and to be working with a great staff is all I need..

Great service... I forgot my key to the lock I had so I wasn't able to lock unit befrei left. The next day I got there after they had closed. They had placed their own lock on it and I thought it was going to be a problem, but I called and left a message for them. Within 15 min. they called back to say security would be the in 10 min. to assist. Impressive!

There was no promotional code to enter from the Reservation email….only the Reservation Code.

I reserved a 10x20 unit online with a promotional amount of $99/month. Onsite staff said the promotion was actually for the first 3 months for $99/month, then $149 a month thereafter. When I went online to pay for the rental, it DID NOT HONOR THIS PROMOTIONAL AMOUNT. Very displeased in this, however we had to reserve a storage unit. I would like the promotional rental amount for $99 to be honored! This seems like a complete scam!

Very clean and easy to find. Locks were too expensive.

Had a promotion for 50% off your first month rental. Upon checking in found out that your month starts at the first of the month so I was given 50% off the prorated week left in the month and charged pull price for the next full month. Seems like a fine print type deal.

Customer Service needs work. I like the spot and it's close to home.

It was a little tough to reserve the spot, It seamed that the communication between Sparefoot and the facility was not working properly. After working out the kinks it was smooth sailing from there on. Communication with the facility was good.
