Don't plan to stay too long as they have permanently closed their bathrooms. Their locks are combination locks.

The storage facility is supposed to be a secure location. The entrance is a closed garage door with code access. The exit garage door is open and anyone can enter the building from it. No one is in the office.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s dirty trash everywhere looks like trash has been there for years. The 1 bathroom out of the 2 that they say is included in the facility has poop and pee all over the bathroom no running water has no door and people has full access to see inside the small pissy shitty tolit I think people were using shot to create art in the bathroom. No one is there to clean it I guess I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seen anyone for the past 2 days Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been moving my stuff inside the facility. They should really open the 2nd bathroom for customers and clean and remodel the 2nd one . So there is no bathroom or running water so donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cut itself and need to clean it in there. You will have to rush to the nearest place for help . Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s just sad that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s advertised as it is and important things like a bathroom not useable is lies and my kids really needed to use it I had to drive to a bathroom and waste more time moving from out of state and tired to use the bathroom that was post to be included in a facility that advertised they have 2 inside but they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t.

The email we get states go to office. There is no one in the office. Need to go around to the (back) to get in. NOT the office. Also, the trollies are broken and difficult to use.

They advertise as drive-up but only if truck is under 10’6”! A small moving truck is taller than that. They advertise a 20x30, but it’s actually 2-10x30 units next to each other but wall in between. They force you to purchase their insurance for YOUR stuff but with a maximum limit of $5k! Never anyone ON-SITE. Customer service via phone doesn’t know anything and has a difficult time helping you.

Been a few days now & although Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve accessed the building; Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve yet to get in my unit due to not having code for lock. Again, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m an idiot and take 1000% responsibility & accountability for operator error. Just itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be cool to be able to get IN my unit. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get anyone on the phone and the kiosk is 0 help

I was surprised to not be able to drive right in front of my storage unit. To make matters worse, mine is more than half way down the isle. Although the grounds are clean and extremely secure, I may have thought twice had I know how far I was going to have to carry my heavy boxes.

The facility is very well priced, easily accessible, clean and convenient! I have already recommended this facility to other friends and have nothing bad to say about it! I needed somewhere quick and close due to my situation and 10 Federal was able to do all that and more. Furthermore, with all the money coming out of pocket for a new move I was granted the first month free sue to my military service!! Thank you!

I had a very difficult time getting to access my unit . The self serve set up was not working. After an extensive information discussion with the rep . I spoke to, I was given the incorrect combination to the unit lock. I had to call back, and explain the entire issue with another rep., who gave me a different number to open the lock. I am hoping going forward, accessing the unit is easier. The facility is quite nice.

I had problems with my lock so it delayed my move in time, but overall the place is organized and well kept. They even have carts so help move your belongings in.

My storage room had a tiny standard door which is NOT what I wanted, most storage rooms have doors as wide as the storage space and not these standard doors which make it very difficult to get items in the room. When I walked in there were at least 20 dead cockroaches all over the floor, yes they were dead but that is still disgusting and filthy. I stayed long enough to find another storage room and then moved out because if there are that many dead ones, that means there are live ones as well. GROSS!

Allwn, Patricia and Maci took care of all my questions when I called. They were genuinely attentive and responsive but also so respectful! The unit is just right, clean, secure, well lit, and easy to get to. The 2 wheelers and small dollies are so nice to help with unloading!
