I rented a unit at this facility and once I was moving out, the facility left my unit unlocked, trashed, and lots of items stolen. The insurance company refused to reimburse me as the unit was not forcibly broken into.

I thought I stored my belongings in a secured facility but once the lock was cut by management for nonpayment as I was in the hospital. Their insurance loop hole is if my unit was not broken into by force, none of my belongings can be covered. Please have your own insurance if you plan to rent a unit from this place.
