Appreciated that they got me started and show me where to go and how to lock the lock

It's great if you are one who doesn't want to be in contact with the employees because they don't appear to be around, anywhere, it's all contact less

The technician helping me out, Angelo, was terrific! He really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate him. It is very refreshing when I encounter with people like Angelo, he was a very patient and joyful spirit. That is rare now a days

The process from inquiry phone call to site visit and unit rental was friendly, fast, and helpful. Fits our needs & budget perfectly.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a lot of storage units, but this one amazing you can do everything online. It takes no time instead of going to the office waiting for other customers spending time filling out paperwork already having the lock in your unit. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have to bring one. This one gets way more than five stars thank you guys!!!

Before I moved in I was told the pricing fluctuates up/down. So far only UP, asked for price decreases because they have lower prices for the same units that are empty; denied both times! Can not wait to get out of here!

Moved in a few months ago. Just got an email saying my rent was going up 30%. Thats $45 dollars a month. They are greedy. They take advantage of ppl. Beware. Soon after you put your stuff in there you will get an email too.

This place was easy and friendly. With no issues. I would recommend. No need for your own locks. They are cylinder locks only. So no surprises for you, like I was. Other than that. Happy with the location.

Very handy, not as clean as i wanted but not a problem. I put plastic on floor, fixed problem. Very nice employee's, easy access. Nice property!

Internet states 24/7 availability when I made the online reservation, I was told I could have 24/7 access when I purchased the unit in person, but now the location doesn't allow access after 9. They were not willing to be flexible or understanding with my situation and I was even told I can be evicted!

Jonathan is the best! After recently moving to the area, we ran into a storage pinch. He hooked us up with a storage unit in short order. The service was beyond efficient. Jonathan was exceptionally courteous and understanding! I would highly recommend this business for anyone seeking additional storage.

"I stopped by your facility a couple of weeks ago to see your storage bins. I was impressed with the kindness and knowledge given to me by the employee working. Jonathan explained the different bin sizes at the facility and showed me the various supplies on hand for my personal needs if required. The area was clean, and neat, and Jonathan was very pleasant. Another employee entered the facility while I was their. Her name was Shawna. They were both extremely kind and answered all my questions. You have good employees that seem to care about their customers and the facility itself."

I think there needs to be some video cameras.

The keys to my unit were packed with my household goods by accident. When I called to have the lock broken and to pay for another one I was told only the manager could do that and he was gone for one week and they didn't have any more units. So I paid for 10x30 storage unit that is empty and had to pay to have my household goods kept over the weekend with the moving company until I found another storage company who could accommodate me.

This PS is great to work with. Joe has been wonderful to help me get things all setup and explained things in detail. The rest of the staff is great as well.

Very meticulous manager, which instills confidence that the paperwork's right and there'll be no surprises. Everything's clean and easily accessible.
