No issues at all. Easy access.

I like it very much but a little cold

I think the storage is too expensive and the price on the web is not what I paid. I had to pay more. Nobody's perfect but a "big" company like Public storage ought a have a better site. Work on a better site or I'll try someone else next time...

Too crowded on weekends and therefore only a small space to unload.

Customer service great. Hidden rental insurance fee of $15 a month atleast for 10x10 unit.

The staff was very courteous and the facility was clean.

I was told one price online when I got there and to check in and pay for my storage unit I was told another price $40 more than what the online price was no upgrades no changes.

Joe was very helpful and patient with me and my questions

Great friendly team members. Easy access. Mostly clean. Pretty hot inside the facility would be nice if the entire building felt like the freight elevator. Noticed bugs crawling from other units but I guess the facility can't really control what goes in but can at least take better defensive actions against bugs and rodents that have made it into the building. Other than that pretty koo for the price.

They are very helpful and was very respectful and kind and had very good customer service

Sometimes it is a hassle getting key for carts or ID when you want to return the key

Easy process. Only complaint I have is the hours they are open. Overall = great!

Would like all cost to be mentioned online quite clearly and boldly. I did not know I had to get insurance and that it was mandatory until I rented the unit I did not appreciate that.

My experience with public storage was amazing , Tamecia was very polite and helpful. I've never used a public storage and she made the experience easy and hassle free , I highly recommend that if you want a high quality service and good customer service then you should definitely go there . Tamecia knew her facts about the store and answered every question that I had for her. Definetly a great place to rent a storage

Tameica is the best I be with this public storage about a year and a half.

I accompanied my nephew to the 3440 Main, Public Storage location yesterday and I was treated to a customer service excellence by Tameica, who made me feel as though I was renting storage as well as my nephew. Her approach was very knowledgeable, energetic, thorough, and enthusiastic?. Also, I noticed that any customer who? entered while we were there received the same v.i.p. treatment in a timely fashion. Mark was also friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.....#Warren Farnsworth?

Tameica knows what she's doing. I never had to get storage before, needless to say i didn't know where to start. She made sure i understood everything i needed to know about storing my stuff. Wonderful wonderful customer service.

Been here almost two years. Quiet, clean, dry, secure. Tameika is the best, always friendly and very professional

I wish they had later hours

Tamica & Toya were friendly, knew their business, had a nice clean facility.

Everything has worked fine for me at Public Storage. It is the second time I have used the Main Street facility for multi-month storage. Tamika has been especially courteous and helpful.

If you rent from them you will get great service
