I have rented a storage at same location in kansas City before and they have been awesome, thats why I have gone back to same place. The problem I have is this, when I applied online to start my storage again..someone from California went ahead and set me up for an appointment I thought was for kansas city area, but it was for California instead!.So when I got to Public Storage here, the lady had to adjust the prices and everything.I just didnt understand how the main office in California got confused of where I was located when we went over the address of where I was living!
