I was very happy with the staff at this location. I was taken to the location I would be renting and was asked if it was what I wanted. I agreed. The staff was very helpful during the process and made my time renting the unit seem very important. I appreciate the staff and the way they handled this professionally.

The staff at Public Storage was very helpful, friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. My only concerns were that I did not know I'd be paying for a lock or buying insurance. Additionally, the property had snow on it which was plowed in a way that made navigating the driveways a challenge in a box truck.

I haven't had a storage unit for long but for the few days I have it's been just great. The service I got when I went to my reservation appointment was Tammy and she was amazing and explained everything I needed to know is great detail.

Tammy is great she show me the unit and walked around with me.

Very happy with area, property, and manager ... the lock on unit is very difficult to manage and is very frustrating ... also concerned with the gap that is at the bottom of the door when closed ... very discouraging for protection.

Everyone in the office was patient, friendly, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. I would recommend Public Storage in Raytown Missouri to everyone. Did I mention they were friendly?

Great experience. The online reservation system was painless. I received a call the next day. When I met with Tammy at the office, she was fantastic! She was very friendly, showed us around the facility, and addressed all of our questions and concerns.

Great place. First put my reservation online without a down payment for a certain date but needed to change it. So When I talked to property manager she was able to get me in sooner than what I had originally reserved. Friendly and great place.Highly? recommend!

Would recomend to others. The person at the 67th location was amazing. However there isnt 24/7 access anymore at several of the public storage locations. Only downfall.

I think most Public Storages are fairly similar. What makes the difference is the people! The on site manager Teri was wonderful!! She listened and was helpful. Very happy with my experience

If you have a unit that's a 10x20 should it measure 10x19? No it should measure 10x20. Mine is 10x 19. My 40' ladder that is 20' in extended only fits at an angle.
