This is my first time using this storage and I already like the easy process!

Im very pleased with the service I received. And would recommend this facility

Had to walk from bottom of property to find out where unit was,no toilet paper n bathroom...

It was a bit of a run around but it all worked out good. I'm happy with the size but kind of worry about bugs. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Upon move in there was a tiny bit of trash in the unit not enough really to complain about. I do however know it wasnt in there the day I rented. How it got in there I dont know. Other than that I'm satisfied with the customer service.the facility staying dry is a concern. I feel like water could get in on heavy rain days. Seen a little moisture around the door from the light rain.

Everything went well. Associate was through, pleasant, and helpful. Storage area was ready to be moved into. One concern. Information needed was input on your site the night before move in date, but it took about another 30 minutes on move in day to get additional information to be input . Did not expect to send that much additional time on paperwork.

I though the manager was nice. I totally dislike the way you go in and come out. I have to get out of my car to reach the key pad each time. I think that is dangerous. I did not like that my storage unit was near the front of my row and in order to get back turned around I have to go all the way to the end and at the last unit of the long row I was able to turn to come back up the next set of units before I could get to the front there I had to get out of my car and key the code in. The key page was in the next row on my left. ( the passenger side. I would have had to go over two more rows turn a round and come up the next row for the key pad to be on my right. So at this particular area a disliked.

Looked at the Google Reviews and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Mike was every bit as awesome as the reviews! Unit is great, and we feel our stuff is safe. The insurance isn't really an "option," but it's the most reasonable for rates without tacking on a bunch to renter's or homeowner's insurance. Feel free to call and check them out!!

Great staff. Great rates. Only thing they can up your rate whenever they like.

Mike was very candid with me with a good sense of humor. Great communicator. It was a fun experience.

Great place! Michael was extremely helpful. He talked me through how to use the keypad to enter through the gates and how to open the lock on my storage unit. It may not seem like much, but when it's freezing cold out and dark the small things mean that much more.

This was my first time renting a storage. The employee working was very helpful and made time for my schedule.

We needed reasonable priced storage for our car we pull with our rv, where we could cover it and know its safe. The people are so nice and we are happy.

I WENT ONLINE TO RESERVE MY UNIT, I CHECKED IN THE OFFICE AND THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL, VERY CLEAN FACILITIES.....WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO NEED ADDITIONAL STORAGE SPACE OR WAS MOVING (LIKE MYSELF) AND NEEDED SOME PLACE TO STORE THEIR BELONGINGS......
