My experience was more than excellent. Literally everything went so smoothly and fast. The woman that helped me get my storage unit was an amazing employee and made everything so easy to understand and the process went by fast and efficiently. The place is very clean and organized and secured. I literally couldn't find one bad thing I could complain about. The whole experience was 5 star rated!

Everything went well and simple to rent until I started to move into the 10'x20' unit only to find the width was 10' but the length was 19' 5.5" which means my shelving, which needs 19' 10.75", would not fit. The location was able to move me up to a larger size to accommodate my shelving length.

I use the storage facility before. So check in was simple and I knew what to expect. The manager was helpful kind.

Clean & secure facility. Michele was a great on-site guide to the facility and how to access our unit. Very positive experience!

Employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The first representative to assist me was over the phone. This representative explained to me the process and what to expect. Over customer service was great and very efficient. Employees did a good job explaining everything and made sure that I understood everything.
