Was easy to book the reservation online, got ahold of management next day and moved in! Price is great, facility is good, management has great sense of humor!

Garage door does not stay open easily. Bad shoulders makes it very painful to get door to stay up.

I am renting a unit from them and he was very up front about everything, answered all my questions and concerns. I will be keeping my unit here for awhile.

The manager was very nice and able to meet me on my schedule. My main reason for choosing this place was price as it was much cheaper than what I was getting in the city. The only downside to a rural unit like this potentially more likely pest infestations, but hopefully this won't become a major problem. The whole facility seemed to be in good repair and looked secure. I'm hoping to have a long tenancy here.

The representative I dealt with was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He was very willing to work with me and my schedule. The location is close to where I live and pretty well maintained. The fence and gate are new and in great condition. I did not see any security cameras however, but I may have just missed them. I am very satisfied with everything.

The unit is very convienient and clean. Easy to access and very reasonably priced.

Set it up online and was called within moments, the owner met me at the location within 30 mins. and it went very well.

Decent place and per the manager, they have upgrades in the works that will help a lot.

The personnel was very friendly and worked with me for my convenience. They have good security. I've been there after moving in and met the cops patrolling the area. Overall, the customer service is outstanding! I had reserved a different storage- Franklin, but they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced my whole life! Thank you Knob Creek for saving my ass.
