Customer service was great, set up of storage rental was easy, location clean and safe, price is great. Got locked in storage facility during operation hours and had to call the police to get let out. There is no onsite manager at any given time which I think is my only issue. If any problems arise there is no one to help. Customer service can only do so much over the phone and in my case it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t helpful. Not only that customer service is only available during certain hours so if any problems occur there is no help at all. Some type of manager for each local facility should be available. There is no emergency number and the company comes with several operational numbers which is concerning. Other than that my experience wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bad. The process went smoothly before and after the lock in. This is just day 1 so hopefully the future goes well. Up in the air on the recommendation at the moment as we are new to the facility.
