Started renting in March of this year. Just got a notice saying that my rent will be going up by almost 50% starting next month. Seems a bit much. I wouldn't bother with them if they are willing to raise prices by this amount after only a couple of months. I will be cleaning out my units as soon as I can to avoid further gouging.
