I needed an inexpensive storage spot at the last minute. I pulled over on the side of the road, found this facility, and submitted my reservation online. Literally 5 seconds after I clicked "submit", my phone rang. It was an agent confirming my reservation! As we completed the setup over the phone, I drove to the storage site. The agent set up the gate code and also re-assigned my storage spot, all on the initial call. I couldn't ask for better service!
