Continue to be disconnected on the phone and then could not understand individuals when speaking on the phone and then individual on the phone argued with me

Great price, reserved unit without credit card. Paid online and they gave me gate code and storage unit so I could move in on my own. The only negative thing I could say is that we started moving in around 2-3:00 and no one was in the office to help us or answer the questions about how lock works.
