Extra Space Storage - 3362 - St Peters - Mexico Road

Excellent customer service. Conveniently located and easy access. Don was very helpful when I explained what I was storing he said the space would be enough and I would probably have additional room. Right he was, worked out perfectly. Space was clean and well kept.

The manager at that location was awesome He answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I have had other storage units at other companies and customer service was not that good. It is hard these days to get a good customer service experience.

The 24 hour access is a must for someone with a job that works the type of hours I do. Are you gentlemen that checked me into my unit it was friendly explained everything to me and my experience has been great so far.

Employees sounded, acted like they wanted to be there and help you in every way possible to make your move in efficient and comfortable. =)

Everyone i spoke to was really nice. The facility is spotlessly clean. I feel safe foing here at anutime of day.

Great customer service clean easy to use

Initially walking into the office my 1st impression was, this place is spotless! I was immediately greeted by Tim, the customer-service rep and his friendlyness was outstanding along with his knowledge of the site and the insurance information that I needed. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

Mr. Everett is above and beyond his title. If the place wasn't spotless and priced well...he still would have sold me on his knowledge and client attentiveness. Great job!
