We called Monday morning at 9:30 before the location was open and spoke with a very knowledgeable guy that reserved a storage unit for us. He that said we should expect a call and by 10:00 we got a call from Ashley. She was great. By 11:30 we had our storage unit. Ashley was fabulous. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for a better experience. The move in process was really easy and the unit was really clean.

Diane made the whole move in experience smooth and easy! They let you use their box truck for a day free and provide a brand new lock as part of the deal. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

Everything was great. The young lady who check us in I think her name was Diana was so nice and told us everything about our locker and answered all of our questions.

The staff was amazingly helpful to me and my kids. They were able to enjoy a snack while I filled out paperwork. They are able to used the bathroom facilities and grab a free snack of there choice whenever we arrive. The site manager allowed me to view the storage, before I purchased.She went above and beyond.I would definitely recommend!

Everything went well, and very efficient. Diane did not miss a beat, she was on top of her game. Diane let me in just before time to open and we were able to get started right away. No problems, and all done quickly.

Picked this one due to proximity, but have found it to be very clean and very convenient to access, which is a necessity for me.

Came in a few minutes before closing and there was not an issue at all. The man who helped me was very kind and willing to answer any questions I had. Great customer service!

Easy move in! The high shelf storage made all my light weight and fragile things easier to keep safe and the lighted halls were bright and the magnetic doors made it easy to get in and out. I didn't take advantage of the move in truck but it was offered readily.

From the time I called, to the time I walked away with keys in my hand, I can not say enough for the staff at the storage units. They are really helpful, nice, and took me around until I found just the right one to fit all of our things. The units are well lighted, secure with camera's and gate. No trash anywhere, talk of improvements to the units. I can see us renting for a long time.
