Reserved a 6x14 storage unit and door was 3.5 feet wide, found unit was 5x13 and completely useless should give all information online before you rent them out.

Paid for 3 months just haven't moved in yet but went and looked unit wasn't bad price wise for the size and the last person who I spoke to for set up and payment he did amazing

Only thing we had some issue with was our unit number not posted on outside building at entry door. Took a few to find with interior entry and unit numbers.

Had I known that I wouldn't be aloud into the facility after 9pm I never would have rented a unit here. I work 16 hour days sometimes 5-6 days a week and that doesn't allow me to get in my unit ever!!!
