We setup the autopay and then it was removed. Set it up again, low and behold it gets removed again. We are looking for a different place now. Also, no warning of the change until it happens.

Reserved a 6x14 storage unit and door was 3.5 feet wide, found unit was 5x13 and completely useless should give all information online before you rent them out.

Only thing we had some issue with was our unit number not posted on outside building at entry door. Took a few to find with interior entry and unit numbers.

Had I known that I wouldn't be aloud into the facility after 9pm I never would have rented a unit here. I work 16 hour days sometimes 5-6 days a week and that doesn't allow me to get in my unit ever!!!
