We offer residential and commercial storage units ranging in size from 5x10 to 12x30 along with RV and Boat storage. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff are a must in our business and we are here to assist you with any problems or questions that you may have. We know what a hassle and how inconvenient it is to move anywhere, even if its just down the street or across town, which is why we try to make moving as easy on you as possible. We rented 1 large unit for about 1 1/2 years, always paid in months in advance, constantly battled late charges. During this time we also rented another storage unit for a vehicle. This unit was broken into and we were never notified. Near impossible to speak to someone, although they show hours of operation, good luck at finding anybody there when you need them. When it came time to evacuate the unit, proper notice was given per the contract, I cleaned the storage unit Evan sweeping the walls, we were told we would not recieve a refund of the advanced payments that were made. When asked why? The answer was because we don't have to.
