The process was super easy. Customer service was great. Very clean and safe facility. Originally chose a smaller unit and was able to switch quickly to a larger unit. First month is free and they adjusted the 2nd month due to move in date. Overall wonderful experience.

Very friendly staff. Facility is secured by a large gate that requires a code. We were provided with the exact size and location of a unit that fit our needs.

More expensive than other locations but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, has cameras, roll up doors and all sorts of things to help you move stuff (dollys and csrts)

I didn't realize this facility was so close to my home. I needed to store some items. The process was so easy. I have a climate controlled unit and there are a couple of slight inclines to get to my unit. The facility has several carts by the door that can be used to help move stuff to the unit. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs

My only problem is the unit was not mopped. There is gray concrete dust on EVERYTHING. I'm going this afternoon to ask for a mop and bucket to do it myself. Otherwise, everything everything else has been terrific. Great customer service. Price and location are ideal. Especially for climate control.
