KO Storage of Springfield - E Farm Rd 94

As a new customer my gate code didn't work the first few days but the people in the office were nice and helpful trying to get me in!

Very satisfied with the unit and online booking

We store our camper at this location but we live out of state. Recently we saw that several large storms had gone through the area with reports of very large hail and a tornado. I called to see if someone there was an onsite manager or maintenance person to see if they could check our rig for damage. The first person I called said “my storage facility wasn’t affected by the tornado” I said “Great! What about hail damage?” She couldn’t answer that and said she would put in a. Work order for someone to contact me. No one ever did. So I called back, a different number this time, no answer. So I called another number listed, no answer, I emailed no response. So now I have no idea when I come to pick up my rig for our next trip if I will be pulling up to Swiss cheese or not. I do not recommend for this reason alone!

The location is perfect, right down the street from my home. Reservation and set up was easy. Facility is clean and secure. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

I have not had any problems. Everything been good.thank you.

Very nice facility. I haven't seen anyone in the office the two times I came by during normal business hours. At first the unit they assigned me had someone else's belongings in it. When I called customer service they did fix the issue quickly and gave me another unit. Setup online was quick and easy.

Moved in by just renting online. Had zero issues. Easy to find and use. New facility. Very efficient.

Seems like a very well kept storage facility. On the inside rentals a couple of carts would be helpful.

Reserving and getting the unit was easy. The reason I gave it 4 stars os because it was difficult getting in due to code not working

On this very stressful day of moving to a new unfamiliar place I'm delighted to say that thanks to KO Storage I was able to almost effortlessly rent a Storage space by phone or internet without any contact. It was fast , easy and stress free. I got a good deal price wise and the place was very clean turning my stressful day into a stress free fast move in. I'm very happy I chose KO Storage. I had a really bad experience up in Springfield renting another storage unit on line. Actually to put it lightly, I got"CATFISHED" on that storage unit!!!! It was an on-line rental as well so when my nephew & I pulled up to the gate at 6am my problems began. Put my code in and it said "access granted" but the gate wouldn't open. 20 minutes later an on sight person stormed out, opened the gate and stormed away again. Ok! I find my unit and just about cried.... Way smaller than I paid for, had a board nailed into the unit wall big enough to crawl through! And this was NOT CLIMATE CONTROL AS I ALSO PAID FOR! I immediately found KO storage and this place is absolutely exactly what they say, except better and is perfect just as they promised!!!

Great relief moving in here! Just got Catfished by another storage rental days before. KO are just what they say they are and their prices are more than fair!

When I went to the storage unit it was new and very clean.The applacation process was easy.Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Regardless if you think itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s pricey, the payment you make for your unit here is worth the unit size you get! Customer service has always been amazing!!

Super easy to use online services that help you get in whenever you need it. They called to check in that I found my unit and see if I had any questions. Amazing costumer service. Clean place. Fair prices. Plenty of space.

Very helpful and accommodating staff, some bugs with synching information online but they are working on it and have helpful solutions
