I had purchased a storage in November and had to have a 2nd storage unit and when I called, I was able to get the storage unit right next to my first unit. Very thankful they could do that for me.

While I am paying more than I anticipated per month since insurance is a requirement, the quality of customer service and the cleanliness of the unit is unmatched. I was a bit concerned because there was a cigarette smoke smell in then climate controlled unit but it was faint and I hope it will disappear in time. Overall the experience was fast and I had access to my unit same day!

KO storage is most definitely the storage unit you want to go with nice clean area even pavement units look nice and in a way you feel a little safe with the police station being right next door the only thing that I have that is an issue is every time when I go to my unit I have to use the bathroom in the bathrooms are locked always if only the tenants with codes can get in and they keep all doors unlock anyway why not bathroom
