Was able to rent two units without any issues. The first unit wasn't completely cleaned out from debris. The debris was from them fixing the unit from storm damaged. I highly recommend them.

Reserved my unit on Sparefoot then called them to work out the details. They were very friendly and had no problem honoring the half price offer for 2 months. I was able to move in right away with no problems. They have plenty of security cameras, gated access, and a person that lives on site.

The First Impression is the Best, But I Talked with Owner he was Very Polite, He took his Time to Answer all Questions and Concerns, then he Picked a Storage Unit Me and Husband Felt would meet our Needs but when we looked at it we misjudged the size we Needed, So I called him back and he was Very Pleasant to talk to like at First so we looked at the next size up Great 👠it Work's, then he had to wait till we run to Deposit Fund's to Rent the Storage and at same Time walk me through the Process of Receiving the Lease Agreement online, Was Very Patience and a Good Multi Tasker!!! He Made the Effort to Meet Our Needs, and save us a Trip to run around that Day!!! Also The Grounds are Kept up Real Nice, Very Clean, Storage Unit was as Well!!! Definitely Happy with our Decision to do Business with Royale State Storage. Thanks Rolando for Being There When we Needed a Smooth Transition!!! Love It😊😊
