Front deck attendants were SO helpful when I got lost in the parking lot and couldn’t find my unit😅 The girl had a nap and drew it out for me with perfect instructions to get inside my unit. All around GREAT customer service. I would recommend this place to everybody!

The online prices were cheaper so, I signed up there, instead of on the phone or in person. There was an $18 hidden fee for a lock that I was not too happy about and they offered to remove the charge for me. I decided to keep the lock and the charge. Very convenient! They had the new lock waiting for me inside my unit. There is a large service elevator that helps get things to the lower level, which is nice! Feels safe, and is a nice temperature inside.

Pretty easy to get in and out of, mostly clean, some mice dropping but I expected the possibility of mice. Good customer service.

They have furniture dolley carts to unload your boxes & heavy furniture on & then roll to your unit. They are the first storage facility we have ever used to provide those free of charge & it made our moving experience so much less stressful & a quick unload!
