I had no problems with service. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The only change I would make is to include information about extra fees like the mandatory insurance and purchasing a lock, somewhere on your online registration. By the time I was setting everything up, it was a little late to reconsider.

Initiating storage service at this facility was as close to painless as storage can get. Glenn was helpful, professional but easy to talk to & the sign on discount really helped seal the deal.

Great service

On the phone I was promised I would pay $1 for first months rent and $25 for administration fees. However they failed to mention that you have to buy a lock and you have to have insurance, so I walked out paying more than expected. The staff was nice, however I wish I they were up front on all costs.

I just rented my first storage unit at Public Storage and was really impressed with the service I received. Gabby was such a nice person to work with!
