I reserved the unit and had a confirmation and when I arrived to register, my price increased and the person checking me in was unable to adjust. I wrote to customer service that day and waiting for a response for 2 days so far.

Got to unit, new employee she couldn't find the unit to show me, took me to 2 the wrong size driving like a maniac in the golf cart. .. found one told me it was the size I asked for so my movers started unloading we drove back to office and she tells me it's a 5×10 only after I asked 10 times for a 5×5 so we had to race all the way back to tell my movers to reload so we could move, we then drove around lost again finally found one full of brown recluse spiders. .. then moved to the final unit. . Went back to get the movers. . Then she drove off before they could follow us. . We drove (fast) in circles trying to catch them looking for us for another 10 min. .. had to pay my movers extra for the inconvenience they were mad. .. all she offered me for my inconvenience was a free lock that was no more than 10$... then as we got to the pricing the price kept going up. ..lock fees and a bunch of other fees that were not mentioned over the phone. .. plus manditory 10$ a month insurance. ... if I wasn't so worn out from moving and in a time crunch I would have gone somewhere else.

The customer service lady was very helpful and nice but she forgot to take the lock off my storage unit so there for I was stuck an extra day with u haul service and extra mileage and on top of it all miss church to go back to the storage unit the next day she apologize grateful to her for the and gave me $30 off April bill for my u haul but I say what about the inconvenience of it all but that's poor management if I must say thanks

It was good. My only issue was I had to wait about 15 minutes with the moving van prior to getting started because the man was on break when we arrived. It wasn't a big deal though. He was delightful.
