We had a hard time finding someone to show us a unit, but its because they are short handed. Once he showed up he was helpful, and got us in a unit. Price was good for the size. Area does not feel the safest, but doable.

SpareFoot helped me find excellent space and the lowest price in the area. Public Storage also had a sale going and first month for one dollar. Facility is brand new, totally clean and totally secure. I saved half compared to other areas in St. Louis and would not have Considered it without SpareFoot.

I'm giving this a bad review because I did not order my unit online, I went to the store and talk to a customer service representative and remember definitely repeatedly asking if what I was getting was what I needed or requested. Unfortunately I received a smaller unit and because of that had to forfeit my property. I came out a lot of money, was asked to come out of more money to upgrade units, and the furniture need to be stored was worth more then the price of the unit. So I am very upset and unhappy because I lost majority of the things that I need to store.

Like the cost and size of the storage facility. Also, it was fast and efficient to check in. The facility is secured and gated. You input a code to get in. Happy with the customer service as well. I would definitely recomend this storage facility.

Great customer service - very friendly staff went above and beyond to help find a unit that suited our needs. Only wish that the facility provided/rented ramps to drive cars up into vehicle-sized storage units. We were told we would be able to store our car in the unit, but upon arrival found that we could not drive in due to the height difference between the road and the unit (~1 foot).

The girls there. Christina and Jamica were great and provided great service. They went over everything with me to make my experience great. I would highly recommend this company and this location. They made sure I was well informed on how to protect my stuff while I will be storing there.

Very satisfied. Christina, the manager, shared everything with me. This included help selecting the appropriate size of space. During the move in, I had difficulty with the door not fully closing. An associate, Nate, helped me with this. He said this was his job expectation, but I believe he exceeded job expectations.

Nice people to work with. Easy process. Only thing I was a little confused about is how 2 5x10 units are cheaper than 1 10x10 unit. But hey the guy helping me didn't set the prices. He was helpful. Also Internet/call center prices are less than walk in process it appears
