Public Storage - St Louis - 3850 Forder Road

Price is better than others in area. Like the opportunity for outside storage if I need it being a contractor.

But if I were nitpicking, in case these things matter to you They force insurance on you, say it’s free for the first month but if you don’t provide your own it’s an extra $15 per month after They force a lock purchase on you. I’m sure there is a way to return it and get a refund but This location isn’t staffed, even when it was “staffed” it really wasn’t In a pinch, it’s fine, but I will go out of my way not to use them if I am able They do seem to have the best prices on drive up units

The nice lady who runs the place made this seamless. Easy, drive up access and good prices.

The young lady in the office is nice. The unit was clean and well lighted. Getting into and out of this location can be tricky depending on the time of day. I was a little confused about the insurance policy. ..I was under the impression that it was my choice to insurance the contents of my storage but was advised it's mandatory so I wasn't happy with that. Wished I had 24/hr access due to my work schedule, so the gate access hours can be a hindrance but by far this public storage is one of the best I've ever used.

Probably one of the Best PS locations. Some issues with water intrusion, but not bad.

The representative working at the time of me securing the unit was very nice and courteous. Also professional. When I ordered the unit over the phone everyone I talked to was very nice. I wish I would have been told abt the insurance.

Public storage is awesome! Reserved a unit online and they called the next morning to set up a time to look at the unit. Went the next day and the Property Manager showed us a couple of units. He took care of all the paperwork and explained everything in detail. We left with a key and a perfect size unit. I would highly recommend you store your items with Public Storage!???
