Luggage carts were never available, until the day we vacated the unit. And we were once told by a manager "I don't know where the carts are, even I can't find one, maybe they were all stolen". Elevator on our side was broken on the day of move out. In general, elevator doors take time to close, and stairs are not easily accessible. They were waiting for us to leave and I received a notification that my unit was vacated in about 20 minutes of clearing out our stuff, without us intimating them. Overall, great price but for a reason.

Location is ok, and price is good. However, while free hand carts for moving are advertised, there were none available on any of my visits over 5 consecutive days, which made the move-in extremely tiring and much slower. The manager said that even she couldn't find one, "they were probably stolen or something".

Easy move in process but grungy elevator and there were snacks in my unit leftover from the previous owners

This is very nice clean and climate controlled storage facility. Also I love the fact you are able to drive inside. My only complaint is the hours allowed to be inside the building I have no time to move anything with my work schedule. If you go past the closing time even by 5 minutes Public Storage sends a text and an email with a warning. Not so sure if I would store here again.

What a great customer service experience! Everything from the start to moving in. I am very satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, which took the time to cater to my specific needs. The facility is well lit and clean. The unit price was competitive and the unit itself was clean, dry and I felt secure knowing my items would be in a safe place. Thanks for everything! I didn't have any problems. It was a very quick check in and the access hours are easy to work with.Anything I might have needed during the move was available in the office.

I have had a storage unit with you for 1 1/2 years. Just rented another storage unit from you because I needed it. However I was told I wasn't eligible for any promotional deals even though I was renting it for my disabled mother. I think that is very rude and unacceptable when I've been renting a unit for over a year. I will be moving both of my units into 1 but at a different facility.

Great Prices, Great Location, WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES, the only fault that this company has is that you can only use a dolly during the hours of operation in the office. So, they close at 6 everyday. I came there after work yesterday at 5:00pm with so many boxes and things to be taken to a storage unit on the second level , and for the third time this week there is no one working in the office (this is before the business hours close, they seem to leave and put up a sign that says be back at 6:25 -- thank you, but even if you do come back, it still doesn't help the dolly situation because then the office would be closed regardless) so it has been very difficult moving everything by my self ( I weigh 120 pounds and am a female ).

Great customer service. Mary Jane assisted with all of my storage needs. She was absolutely wonderful! She explained things thoroughly and was very courteous and professional. I will be refering everyone that i know to use public storage from now on.

The staff is cordial and accommodating and the facility is well kept and clean. Prices are competitive as well. My storage locker was priced 30 dollars less a month than ez storage for the same size. I would use this location again.

Sid was the greatest! She went above and beyond my expectations! I'm dealing with a stressful time, and the one thing that has made this so much better, is my experience at the storage at Hampton and Wilson. I am so glad I am using this facility.

They gave us options of unit sizes and locations on the property. Found one near another unit we already have. Personally took us to view the unit. Explained everything very clearly. Most impressive was the follow up call I got a few days later asking if everything was okay and if I needed any help of any kind.

I moved in very easily and have enough room for my stuff I just dont like that carts are locked up because I was moving in later in the night after the office had closed and i couldnt get a cart which made it difficult to move boxes in other than that everything was fine

Everything went perfect. Needed a rental the same day. Was able to look at several storage units available. Was a little surprised when told how much unit was then get there and pay $30 more for fees. I will only be using for this month because EZ Storage is about $40 cheaper a month. Plus if I stay 3 months half off each month.

The older lady that works the front desk (I think she's a manager) is never friendly or helpful. I don't know why she isn't easy to deal with, but I've gotten to where I make sure to go when she's not there.
