I reserved on line.. and Andrea called not long after to introduce herself, welcome me, and allow me to ask any questions. When I arrived she was very patient and thorough. She was great to work with! Made my very stressful weekend end on a good note! Would definitely recommend this convenient location and great manager.

It wasn't the closest location to me but a co-worker recommended it because the staff was super friendly and the prices were great. Co-worker was right: Jessica was very happy to help me with my extra belongings and the prices really were fantastic. It was definitely worth the extra drive!

The requirement for an office visit within two days (told to me by phone after making reservation by web) was totally unnecessary and I had to make a second trip to the office the day of rental to do all the paperwork. Why could this not have been done on the first visit? Nothing was done on the first visit - a waste of my time.

The person in the office was extremely helpful. Supplies were available if needed. The facility was extremely clean. Everything was very secure.

from the first time we were there to check out location etc, everyone has been very pleasant. We have now had our unit for 4 months, we lost our key to lock, were able to get lock cut and replaced, no hassles and prompt response. Recently, I received a notice that during a check my unit was found to not be locked, I went up realized my mistake, everything was fine. I really appreciated the notice, thanks!
