Public Storage was half the cost of 2 other storage facilities in the vicinity. Seems to be a no frills, efficient operation. Staff was efficient and helpful. Security seems adequate. No problems so far and I am grateful to have my fathers belongings stored until i am ready to deal with them.

I had to purchase a lock the day I bought the unit but was told I could bring it back and get a refund when I brought my own lock from my old unit. I brought the old lock back the following week because the facility was closed by the time I got off work. I was told at that time that it had to be the next day to get the refund. If I had been told that up front I would have tried to get it back that following day. So now I'm out $20 and have an extra lock I don't need.

I have done business with Public storage off and on for 10 years. I always recieve kind, welcoming and helpful staff that make sure all that I need is cared for. The young lady who assisted us this week was amazing. She is a great employee with excellent customer service. You are lucky to have such a great employee representing your company. We absolutely loved her.

Moving is a stressful event; moving from one state to another even worse. I am storing my "house" until I find another place to live. Bryan at Public Storage was great; contacted me immediately after reserving a unit; sent me a reminder shortly before my move-in date; and was great when I moved in. Reviewed everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.

I had never rented a storage unit before, and the staff at Public Storage did a great job at explaining everything I needed to know. I was pleasantly surprised that they walked me to the unit, showed me the inside, and how to use the handle and lock. On moving day I did wish there was a cart we could have used to haul my stuff from the truck to the storage unit which was inside and down a long hallway. Overall, a nice experience. I just wish I didn't have so much stuff, it would save me some money (and time) to not have to rent a storage unit at all!

Easy to reserve and helpful. Did not like the pushy upsell on mattress cover and the Requirement to buy "their " insurance. My agent says my stuff is covered and they said they would tell me what I could do to get the insurance premium refunded but they never did.

I need to change my storage space because the other was too far from where I live. Upon contact PS, the courteous staff help me to find the right location and made the reservation for me to meet with the manager. When I met the manager, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The one I thought I wanted turned out to be too small. She said let me check my availabilities, and yes I have just a few doors down that will work. It was so very clean and I knew my items would not be dirty or wet. The storage space is well built. Safety, that is also one of the most important need. This was just what I wanted to have. Let me know if you need to have a storage space, PS is the best!

I used this particular Public Storage more than 20 years ago before I was married and found it very nice. I was pleasantly suprised to find that when I needed it again that the facility seemed maintained, clean, and the staff was very professional.

When I moved out, I had to go to two different places to pay a move out fee and they still haven't refunded the rent for the month I moved out. The guys at the desk were nice, but said they'd have to talk to their managers to get my rent refunded. Guess they forgot to talk to their managers.
