Dallas was friendly and on time. Unit was as expected and clean. Price was fair.

The manager, Dallas met me there before 8:00 am. Had the unit ready. Checked it out and it looked ok.

Everything went smoothly, owners were prompt, friendly and helpful.

The location is easy accessible. Service was friendly and timely. The unit is very clean and the space is amazing. We were very pleased.

I've tried to pay my bill via phone for MONTHS, even sent texts, but no voicemail or text was ever returned. I can pay via Paypal occasionally, but my current debit card will not work on there.

Moved out at the beginning of the month. Almost six weeks later, they've promised to send back my deposit and prorated rent twice, then said it was in the mail. Still don't have it. Too bad because the place was decent and clean and I would have recommended it until now. Never made a late payment and left it cleaner than it was when I moved in.

It's an older unit but the price was right. Tucked away near a residential area and well lit it seems safe. Unit was clean but old. Over all a great value

This is a great storage facility. Easy access, clean, very good location for Washington and Union use. Customer service is amazing, prompt, friendly, accommodating. I am so happy to have found this place to hold my belongings!

I am very impressed with my storage unit. It was clean and the manager met me there at the agreed upon time and she was very nice. Plan on renting here for the next year.

It could use a little work and cleaned up but everything else is excellent. They got me in in a day and everything was taken care of. And the price is the best around Washington

Good place good price would recommend

Met with manager, he gave me the number and took me down to the unit. He suggested a particular lock which I had to furnish myself. He was prompt and friendly. I picked up the lock at my local hardware store and moved in.

The units are a great price and the staff is very helpful and punctual. I didn't have to wait at all, even though I arrived a bit early. Thank you so much for making my moving process that much easier! Definitely recommending!!
