The price is very good compared to other storage

When we got to storage unit to move in there was someone’s belongings in storage unit. We called customer service and they did not help the situation. We ended up taking our stuff home and finding another unit.

It was a simple easy process to get a unit and then I needed to get a larger one month later and when I called customer service she was great. She helped me through the process of move out and moving in new one without another administration fee and all in about 15min. Also set up the insurance for me and signed all documents as I was on the phone with her. So literally was able to move in and have no worries about anything else but that.

The storage is a nice facility with easy online sign-up and very affordable to the pocketbook. I would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone else.

Was a very easy and hassle free online renting process. Was very convenient for me to be able to do everything online. The only thing I wish they would change is the hours of access. I wish it was 24hr access to your unit but other than that it's an excellent storage place that's very affordable. I would definitely use them everytime and recommend to everyone.

I lost my keys to my unit, so I contacted Christie the manager in the area. Christie was very helpful and polite. She met with me at KO Storage with her tools and cut my lock off. She was very helpful to my situation. Thank you so much for assisting me with my needs.

My storage unit was alright, but the part you open and close to put the lock on its very hard to open. Almost like something is jammed on it may need to be fixed.

The door will hardly open, the ceiling is falling in, the unit was filthy, the door is not sealed when closed allowing everything into the unit that the south has to offer.

Very nice, clean, spacious, affordable, and convenient stores space.

I like that it was in my area, and was able to do all my paperwork on line which made it very convenient and the price was very affordable easy access and surprisingly the unit was very clean, I would recommend this storage unit to friends and family !!
