As an out-of-town customer, the online registration and payment were effortless. I was given all the information to travel to the coast and complete our storage move quickly and without a hitch!

We were treated very courteous, prompt and the unit was clean and dry.

This is the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever rented.

Gate code takes a while to active maybe a day or two but besides that it’s great storage!

Alesia is amazing and very professional, understanding and patient. The facilities itself is very nice and very clean. I would recommend this place to family, friends, and just everybody.

Needed quick storage on some beloved items for safety. In a panic I contacted several companies. No customer service, unreturned calls, ridiculous prices. Then I found Storage King and Alesia. She explained everything, helped me thru the process. Made it painless and even texted me the info I needed after hours. The next day I contacted her, I had picked the wrong unit. She did all the paperwork and moved me over to a correct unit. AGAIN saving me, and making it painless. She truly went above and beyond and I'm now in the right unit for my items at a good price in a clean, new, safe and secure climate control unit. With unbelievable customer service you do not see anymore. She makes all the difference and I would hire her in a heartbeat for my business. I can't Thank her enough.

My son has rented from Storage King for several years. Never a problem. So, now I needed a unit and I'm renting from them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are fees which aren't disclosed on the web so be prepared for that. The unit we started out with wasn't big enough but Marcy gladly switched us to a bigger one. Easy access to the larger unit and very clean facility.

One of the better storage facilities I have dealt with over the years. Good value and price.

The location is central, a passcode helps keep strangers out and concrete and asphalt keep the belongings off the ground. Even a drainage runnel in case of a hurricane. A well planned facility. Friendly and welcoming staff.
