Storage was smaller then expected. Could not fit everything for a complete bdrm. Easy move in, excellent customer service rep, great location

I have had my unit for about a year now and can not say one bad thing about it ,Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never had not even the least little issue and I must say George is THE MAN , awesome !!! Definitely makes the place what it is !!!

Customer service was the best!

Customers prefers storage units that are in good shape, grounds kept clean and easy access in and out. When a company takes good care of their equipment, their is no doubt they will help take care of your merchandise.

I made a call to the customer service and asked about a unit. 10 mins after speaking with someone Mr. Randy called and was very helpful and super pleasant.

The manager here is very friendly. He did an amazing job helping me get a storage unit. I had a bad experience at another storage unit who kept adding charges to the unit so I left there. I went online and found a unit for a great price at storage max and I went there immediately and Mr. Randy helped me out tremendously. He made the process very easy and made me feel good about where I was renting and tha I was at the right place.

I don't like that the storage units are outdoors. I was not aware that this location had several other units in a Different location for storage. I did not like that my unit was one of the ones farther down, off I-55. Overall the service was good. I just have to travel a bit further to get my belongings.
