About StorageMax - Clinton Springridge
StorageMax Clinton is ready to accommodate any of your needs no matter what you're storing. We have both standard and climate controlled units, all ground level for easy access. Our facility is accessible 7 days a week so that you can reach your belongings when you need them. Sunday office hours are available by appointment from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Free truck rental is available on 10x10 units and larger only. Use of truck requires a 50 refundable cash deposit and must be reserved in advance of date needed.

Initially, when I arrived to check-in for my storage unit (which I had reserved online a week prior to my arrival), I was told that a call had been made to inform me that a unit in the size I needed was unavailable (as the unit I had reserved was booked in the store that day). I had returned the call and left a message, but the manager had not received it; so I drove fours hours expecting to have a unit for my daughter (which was no longer available). I had also received a reservation confirmation via email the day of my travel stating it was time to check in. We were offered the same type of unit at another location, but my college-age daughter did not feel comfortable changing; so after verifying my “day-of-check-in” email confirmation, the manager resolved the issue with providing an upgrade at a fair price.

First time patron of storing and already I am quite pleased! The customer service was very great, everyone was friendly and caring. My own needs were put above all things. Almost as if the money wasn't the priority, but rather my storage security and overall experience.
