The manager is very rude. Never have seen her smile. Always has a baby boy and baby girl there every time I go by. Paid my bill with a credit, she threw my card across her desk, refused to give me a receipt. I have since stop renting from there and will tell friends and family to never rent there or from Tellus Self storage PERIOD!!

No issues with this place at all until I unloaded my unit to move out. It was FILLED with roaches. My things were covered in roach droppings and I had to wash EVERYTHING . No compensation was given for this. Disappointing. Other than that , it was great. Maybe they need to get an exterminator. Soon.

(UNLIKE the competor’s storage facility I *almost * got in town - where no one answered phone & no customer service at all there.☹️) So glad I found this one. Very pleased!

Very clean facility. The staff are very easy to work with and arrange for special needs. Make sure though to find out what the mileage on the vehicle is suppose to read before you take the free moving van. Mine was off by 20 miles.

I reserved a 10x15 unit at the Golden Eagle self storage online and I got the unit for a very good price plus a free move in truck rental. Also, the customer service in the front desk was very good and clear with all the details about renting the unit.
