Reservation was made online, they contacted me promptly and finished my registration in person without issue.

Facility seems to be kept up good. Inside unit is very nice and spacious.

Once I arrived at the correct unit, the process was very efficient and professional. The climate control unit was ver clean and ready for us.

I had such an easy time with my move-in. Mrs. Barbara was so helpful and accommodating with weather and my schedule!

I have had no problems with McInnis. The best part of this facility is the customer service provided by Thomas, the manager. Very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Greatly appreciated!

The management was very helpful and willing to work with client to find the right size storage unit for their needs.

I wasn't sure if I would need one or two storage units for storing my mother's household items. Tellus Self Storage allowed me to rent a unit which had an empty unit next to it so that if I determined that I did need additional storage space I could then rent the unit next to the first one. This is what I ended up doing and it was very helpful to have 2 units that were side by side.

The facility manager was very helpful in arranging the free move-in truck, working with my schedule, and arranging all the details. The facility is clean, and appears well-maintained.

I really like the facility and the units as a whole. My major concern comes with the security. The door to my unit doesn't actually lock (by design it appears) so once you're in the gated area you can walk into any building and to any unit without barrier. This would be OK if the gate were ever closed. When I signed up for the storage unit I was asked for a PIN that would grant me access to the gate. I assumed that meant it would be closed at some point. I returned several times to put things into storage and the gate was opened but I assumed that it was open because it was during office hours. I returned late Sunday evening/early Monday morning and the gate was once again wide open. There was no one to be found in the storage area to have opened it so I can only assume that it is never shut. That is actually a problem for me and could lead me to find another, more secure, storage unit. Thus I really can barely give it a 1 star rating until the security issue is addressed.

I have been very impressed with the way my warehouse reservation has been handled. I was nervous, at first, as I needed the space for my son who has recently moved to Mississippi for college. Everything was handled so well and timely. I really appreciate the manager, Joy for her help!

The facility was well stocked with any supplies I may have needed. The guy helping me was very knowledgeable, and friendly! I would definitely refer this facility to a friend

Great and informative customer service. One big reason I wanted to use this facility though, was for security. I've been in and out of my storage unit about four or five times and I've yet to have to enter my passcode one single time. The gate has been left wide open upon arrival every single time which makes me feel a little uneasy. Other than that, everything has been great, cleanliness, check-in, etc.

Customer service was great. The truck we used was awesome we had no trouble. The faculty is easy to get in and out of. And was very clean. I would recommend anyone to use this self storage company!!
