We have a security fencing and controlled electronic gate access for all tenants along with 24 hour video surveillance for maximum protection. All of our units are drive up accessible 7 days a week. Our management team is ready to help you find the perfect fit for your storage needs. Our Sunday office hours are available by appointment from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

My first impression from the telephone inquiry to the final paperwork was very good/impressive. However, the following day, I discovered that someone else had put a lock on my unit. This could have been an honest mistake, OR it could have been done purposefully by another customer or a non-customer. Regardless, I did not like the way the problem was handled. I did not have time to complain at the time, so I took the alternate unit which was not satisfactory.

If ANYONE has a college student that needs storage space til next semester, anyone that needs storage space for those things you don't need at home any more and you are within 50 miles of this facility it is MORE than worth the trip. OMG!! I have not seen customer service on this level since I was in the business. Ruth is beyond exceptional in service and information. She was exceptionally helpful in giving me information on the storage unit size, discounts, access and directions to the facility. I JUST LOVE RUTH!! She knows the Chicago area and the food. I have a very special treat for her when we go back in August.

At StorageMax Metrocenter, the manager is very professional and takes care of her customers/tenants. She is very diligent in making sure the tenants know when their bill is due. The facility is well lit. The overall appearance is friendly and inviting.

I called after business hours and the Manager (MS Ruth) answered and was willing to help me. She help determine the size of unit I would need (Never used self-storage) and even offered to meet me to tour the facility. I was impressed with the security of the facility, the grounds were clean, and the manager was very knowledgeable.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
