within a few months of moving in there was some kind of piping or a/c unit leaking brown liquid all over my stuff. emailed them about it, and after no response i finally moved out. got charged an extra months rent, and it took 4 calls to reach a manager and find out it was because i left furniture, that had been ruined by their unit
