I was really surprised when I arrived to move in only to find that the office is not located on the property. I ended up doing all of the paperwork on my phone which took quite a while. The representative I talked with was very nice and super helpful. Once I got past all that, the rest of the move went well. I had to come back a second time to install my lock and the gate didn't want to open all the way. I had to back up and re-enter the gate code to get it to finish opening. This is an older facility, but it's clean and seems to be secure.
