It is behind a gate with an access code, I felt very safe. The unit is an interior unit and it was very clean. The facility is kept very neat and clean. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Told me exactly how to get to my unit.

The front office staff was very customer friendly and very helpful. She orientated to how the lock works, the billing system and location of my unit within minutes. There was one other thing that caught my eye about the place. In the office, she has " Uncle Lionel" picture on the wall..I'm a Mardi Gras Baby in Treme and that in itself started a friendly conversation. Very nice!

I rented a 5x10 expected it to be 5wide 10 deep it's not it's 10wide and I don't think it's even 5 deep. Big difference!!!
