Unit has small hole in west facing wall

Looks like someone tried to back up a trailer. Unit has a small hole in the sheet metal on the left side of the facing exterior.

I got what I see as a good deal. Foung it to be pretty well for my needs.

I have to move amd needed a decent price on storage as I won't have a home for up to 6 months. Not only is this location easy to get to its also open for access 24 hours per day.

The units are readily accessible, the price of rent is better than other storage facilities and the unit was clean.

Roll up door rubber striping on right side as you open is torn off and sometimes hangs up when opening and door does not stay open , maybe for same reason and will shut you in if your not careful

The owner worked very fast to move up my scheduled date and was extremely kind. The onsite manager was lovely and patient.

We needed unusual quick accommodations because of complications of an emergency move during the pandemic to help family. Management went out of their way to help. Storage perfect for what we need. Thank you.

It would have made sense to have a list of what was rented out already and what was not. Or better still, a map. It took us a very long time to figure out which units were mine. Also, I wasn't happy about being sold two locks, probably at a premium, but it was an on the spot, under pressure thing and I was already late for work. One of the locks isn't even the right kind (the facility has a lack of uniformity for whatever reason), so I had to go and buy another one at the hardware store anyways. Hopefully I can still return one of the ones that the facility sold me.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was polite and very helpful. The man managing the facility is having health issues. he didn't seem very happy to have to deal with the customer. He didn't have change for me. I didn't get a copy of my receipt. The snow isn't maintained very well. But you do have 24-hour access. Making this kind of a security issue as there's no gate to go in and I don't believe the man on ground really paid attention to who come and goes
